The room was equipped with everything needed. The staff were polite and attentive. Breakfast was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again.

The coffee pods were a bit limited. Only six were provided for four people, insufficient.

we booked the family suite, it was exactly what our family needed. the space had two separate rooms, this benefited us. it also provided ample storage for all our luggage.

on multiple occasions there wasn't fresh set of towels provided. they only gave six coffee pads for four people. this wasn't enough.

the room was very spacious with everything i needed. i appreciated the view into the inner courtyard because it ensured the room was quiet. the staff was very nice (i am grateful for their help).

one day i was on the toilet, and the cleaner walked in to clean the breakfast tray. i asked her to stop and please leave, but she didn't. the guy on reception didn't think this was a problem and said the cleaner doesn't speak english. they also don't provide any hair conditioner or body wash, only shampoo.
