the design of the suite was so cool. i loved every small detail!!! the bathroom was huge! breakfast was amazing and super plentiful, and it was delivered right to the room. check-in was easy and quick.

such a pleasant stay

we booked the family suite, it was exactly what our family needed. the space had two separate rooms, this benefited us. it also provided ample storage for all our luggage.

on multiple occasions there wasn't fresh set of towels provided. they only gave six coffee pads for four people. this wasn't enough.

breakfast selections had many options and the staff delivered it right to my room each morning. this made the mornings easier. staff was friendly and eager to assist when needed.

location was in good proximity to many places. florenc metro station was only a 5-minute walk away. this offered good connection to the airport, as well as tram and bus lines nearby.

lovely touch easy exploration

The included breakfast delivered to the room each morning was a lovely touch. i enjoyed a quiet coffee before starting the day. the location was so convenient. The metro station nearby allowed for easy exploration. i found the proximity to various attractions quite good.

i did encounter limited coffee pod availability, slightly inconvenient .

generally acceptable stay

spacious room quiet room no conditioner no body wash

the room was very spacious with everything i needed. i appreciated the view into the inner courtyard because it ensured the room was quiet. the staff was very nice (i am grateful for their help).

one day i was on the toilet, and the cleaner walked in to clean the breakfast tray. i asked her to stop and please leave, but she didn't. the guy on reception didn't think this was a problem and said the cleaner doesn't speak english. they also don't provide any hair conditioner or body wash, only shampoo.
